WORSHIP NIGHT 8/30/2025! *

Calling all Worshippers! On Saturday, 8/30/2025, our Worship and Word service will feature a little extra worship. Please join us as we gather for a time of worship and meditation on God’s Word. Service begins at the normal 5 p.m. time, and we’ll have a dessert fellowship afterword. We look forward to seeing you!

PRAYERS FOR ISRAEL

We thank God for the progress that has been made in the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
Please pray for a peaceful, permanent resolution.

BAPTISM SERVICE

We had the blessing of baptizing three OFCC family members on 10/14/23. There were stories, smiles, and some (happy) tears, not to mention great rejoicing in heaven!

If you would like to learn more about baptism, or you would like to be baptized at a future Worship and Word service, please contact us at info@onefaithcommunity.org for information. We would be honored to celebrate with you as you make your public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.

Race and Reconciliation
at
OneFaith Community Church

In June 2023, members and friends of OneFaith Community Church, people of different ethnicities and backgrounds, came together to break bread and talk about Juneteenth. We shared our thoughts and frustrations around the way our society has dealt with race and voiced our hope for change that the world so desperately needs. What followed was a read of the book How to Heal our Racial Divide and a 4-part study led by the book’s author, Dr. Derwin L. Gray. We learned to recognize in scripture that God’s opportunity for redemption and salvation is meant for all people equally and what that means for our interactions with one another.

In February 2024, Pastor Johnson joined his friends Dr. Jim Denison and Dr. Mark Turman for a conversation on biblical equality and racism in the context of Black History Month. Click here to listen to the podcast.

Pray With Us!

We’re praying about our next opportunity to engage with our neighbors as we seek to take the next step toward reconciliation among all of God’s children,
in the church, throughout society and around the world, to the glory of God.
