Race and Reconciliation
at
OneFaith Community Church

Back in June of this year, members and friends of OneFaith Community Church, people of different ethnicities and backgrounds, came together to break bread and talk about Juneteenth. We shared our thoughts and frustrations around the way our society has dealt with race. We voiced our hope for change that the world so desperately needs. What followed was a read of the book How to Heal our Racial Divide, then a 4-part study led by the book’s author, Dr. Derwin L. Gray. We learned to recognize in scripture that God’s opportunity for redemption and salvation is meant for all people equally and what that means for our interactions with one another.

BAPTISM SERVICE

We had the blessing of baptizing three OFCC family members on 10/14/23. There were stories, smiles, and some (happy) tears, not to mention great rejoicing in heaven!

If you would like to learn more about baptism, or you would like to be baptized at a future Worship and Word service, please contact us at info@onefaithcommunity.org for information. We would be honored to celebrate with you as you make your public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.

PRAYERS FOR ISRAEL

OneFaith Community Church stands with our brothers and sisters in Israel. Please pray for a peaceful end to the conflict.
